These questions form the foundation of Weapon of Ram, a fictional post-Ramayana fantasy universe created by Sunil Chandra Saha.
Weapon of Ram is not a retelling of the Ramayana. It explores a fictional story set in the world after the Ramayana, combining Indian mythology, ancient weapons, mystery, adventure, science, history and political conflict.
The story follows characters including Dhruv, Darukh and Tara and explores a hidden Hindu weapon system connected to legendary weapons such as Kodanda, Nandaka and Chandrahasa.
At the heart of the story is the mystery of how the knowledge of these weapons survived. The fictional universe explores the idea that Lord Ram's weapon knowledge may have been deliberately hidden and protected through generations, connected to Vishwamitra and five secret clans.
